The taco brand can be found in Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, and Oklahoma; the strategy is to enter unsaturated markets in the West, Midwest, and Southeast as opposed to metropolitan areas. In exchange for a $10 million investment in Daring Foods, Rastelli will retain exclusive rights to sell the company's products to restaurants and retailers, The Spoon reports.
